This was an email I received this week from one of our members who was only in town for 6 months while taking school. The results achieved in this short time were nothing short of awesome. Well DONE!

 

I sent my result of crossfit in your gym.
After I heard 99 of classes.( I missed last one…:<)
  • Deadlift 1 RM : 275lb -> 365lb
  • Back Squat 1 RM : 175lb -> 225lb
  • Front Squat 1 Rm : 175lb -> 205lb
  • Overhead Squat 1 RM : No Record-> 195lb
  • Shoulder Press 1 RM : 125lb -> 135lb
  • Bench Press 1 RM : No Record -> 185lb
  • Push Press 1 RM : 135lb -> 145lb
  • Push Jerk 1 RM : 155lb -> 170lb…
  • Power Hang Clean 1 RM : 155lb -> 185lb
  • Squat Clean 1 RM : I had never did it before went to your gym -> 185lb(in July 18 2013)
  • Power Snatch 1 RM : x -> 115lb
  • Squat Snatch 1 Rm : x -> I didn’t
  • Clean & Jerk 1 RM : x -> Maybe 175lb
