Today’s project is all about how to use your couch to improve your athletic performance. Chances are, you’re not strict-strict paleo and watch a little TV once in a while. So, put those commercials to use and start the timer.
Here’s the challenge. Anytime a commercial comes on, you hit a mobilization.
