Then, complete the following for time:
50 Partner Wall Balls 20/14lb – 25 each (2-for-1’s; both athletes squat on each rep)
4 Wheelbarrow Walks 50’ – 2 each
50 Ball Toss Sit-ups 20/14lb – 25 each (2-for1’s)
4 Wheelbarrow Walks 50’ – 2 each
50 KB Thrusters 2×16/12kg – 25 each (2-for1’s; Partner B does Air Squats)
