50 Cal Row
25 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20″
100 Double Unders (2-3 mins max.)

– 4-5 min stagger
– If you are newer to classes, or struggle with longer workouts, scale reps to approx:
3 Rounds:
30-40 Cal Row
15 Burpee Box Jumps
150 Singles or 1:30-2 mins of double under practice
