2 Rounds:

10 Banded Side Steps each direction, 10 forwards, 10 backwards, 10 squats

10 alt. Reverse Samson lunges

 

WOD A) (25 mins) Back Squat:

3×6 reps @ 70,75,80%

1×4 reps @ 85%

1×3 reps @ 90%

1×6 reps @ 75%

 

WOD B) 5 Rounds for time:

5 Hang Power Cleans 205/125lb (weight should be heavy but unbroken for first round)

15 Wallballs 20/14lb
