WARM UP – MOBILITY
Dynamic running warm-up + pose running drills
Hollow / Superman midline warm-ups
2-3 Wallwalks + 10-15s hold
10 min of handstand practice:
Handstand walking / balancing (solo or spotted), wall holds, wall walks etc.
Complete 5 rounds for time:
15 Burpees Broad jumps (4ft jump)
20 Jumping lunges (scale to walking lunge steps)
Newer athletes may scale reps down to 10-15-20, or choose to complete 3-4 rounds as needed.
10-15 min recovery: Rollout (calves, glutes, quads) + Stretch
