With a partner of similar ability, compete a 6 min AMRAP at each of the 4 stations, Rest 2 min between each AMRAP and rotate stations in order.

Alternate complete rounds with your partner and count combined “complete” rounds only.

1) 3 Power Clean and Jerks (155/105) + 6 Burpees over the Barbell

2) 150m Sandbag run relay (Heavy / Light)

3) 8 Pull-ups + 10 Ball slams (30/20lb)

4) 12/8 Calorie Row + 10 Box jumps (24/20″)
