E2MOM x 8 sets: Back Squat
Set 1: 6 @ 65%
Set 2: 4 @ 75%
Set 3: 3 @ 80%
Set 4: 2 @ 85%
Set 5: 1 @ 90%
Set 6: 1 @ 90-95%
Set 7: Rest
Set 8: One set of Max Unbroken Reps @ 85%

WOD B

POWER SNATCH X 6
E2MOM x 6 sets: Touch & Go Power Snatches
Sets 1&2: 10 reps @ 55-60% (of max power snatch)
Sets 3&4: 8 reps @ 60-65%
