When I started 604 I could do a 165lb back squat now 195lbs. Maybe more(ok probably more)as last test for me was Oct 24th.
November 2nd my 1rm split jerk was 115, now 150.
November 20th I did 140 push press but know I can do 150 as I did 150 split jerk with no split or jerk the other day, just a adorable wee press!
I did a 185 front squat this am and think i might of been around 155lbs at most before you guys pushed me over the edge.
