5 Single leg RDL/side (Hold KB in opposite hand)
10 KB Swings

Banded shoulder stretch: Overhead + Extension
Spend 8-10 min reviewing / tech / practice:
Kipping HSPU / Muscle-ups / Low or Jumping transitions
