20 min to build slowly to a heavy set.
You may drop and re-set between reps
Group in 2’s or 3’s and share a barbell alternating sets.
Complete 10 rounds for time with a partner of similar abilities (5 rounds each alternating complete rounds):
9 Hang power cleans
6 Push jerks
Rx: 155/105lb (Scale up or down as needed)
