2) 40-60 secs HS Walk practice or 2 Wall Walks + 20-30 secs HS Hold

1) 5-7 Ring V-outs (slow and controlled – sub for abwheel rollouts)
2) 3-5 Pistols per leg (add weight if you are strong at these)
