I have a body composition scan every 3 months to see how my training and nutrition is affecting my body so I can adjust accordingly.  I have this done through Body Comp Imaging (http://www.bodycomp.ca/).

 

I did my first onramp on Wednesday 13th May 2015 and started to merge into classes on June 2nd.  I had my body comp scan done Friday 5thJune just as I was really getting into it.  Since my scan I’ve done 42 classes over the last 12 weeks.  I had my 3 monthly scan yesterday with some good results, I have lost 5lbs of fat moving my fat percentage down 2.5% and grained 4lbs of muscle.  It’s the biggest move I’ve had in 3 years so I’ve super excited to see what I can achieve in the next 3 months.
