My drop-in experience was perfect. The facility is clean and spacious with tons of equipments. Programming is solid. Coaches and members are super friendly. The neighborhood isn't exactly great but I was told they were moving to a much nicer area in 2 months.  Next time I'm in town, I would definitely drop-in again. I dropped into this box in February, 2024.  I travel a lot and have visited over 25 Crossfit gyms.  This is one of the very best.  The space is great.  The coaching is top notch. I’ve been around the fitness industry a very long time as a coach and athlete (most of my life!) So coming back to CrossFit after more than 15 years away was a really big decision for myself. I wanted to find a place that had an excellent reputation as being one of the best in the industry. I went straight to CrossFit604. From the moment I stepped in the door, I knew that this was going to be my new home. I can’t say enough about the owners, coaches, and community at 604. From top to bottom they’re absolutely exceptional. I feel like I’ve rediscovered my love for fitness again and there’s no turning back. I’m so grateful for this family of amazing people! If you’re new to CrossFit or a veteran athlete, come check them out!

Through out my life, I’ve consistently gone to the gym – from Fitness Worlds to group classes, kickboxing, and functional fitness studios. I was even a personal trainer in a “past life.” As a proud member of CrossFit 604 since 2013, I can’t imagine training anywhere else.

CrossFit 604 has not only kept me in fantastic shape by making fitness interesting and fun, but it's also where I've forged lifelong friendships and established a big part of my community.

The programming is exceptional because of excellent coaches with extensive experience. They focus on quality and keep it constantly varied so it’s never boring, and ensure it's scalable for all ages, skills, and fitness levels. They even provide and guide you with modifications. All you need to do is show up, and you can’t help but get into shape.

Their customer experience is excellent and the facility is high-end with the best equipment and a boasts a boutique design. Having visited CrossFit gyms and fitness facilities worldwide, no other gym compares to the elevated experience offered at CrossFit 604.

The community is second to none – always welcoming to new members, truly embracing a diverse and supportive community. It creates an environment where all people, regardless of whether you're superfit or just starting your fitness journey, feel right at home. The community doesn’t stop just in the gym; it extends to outdoor and other fun social activities, and the anniversary and Christmas parties are second to none!

I've been part of the CF604 community for just over two years and have loved it. The space is large, well maintained and well equipped, the coaches are knowledgeable, caring, and attentive, and the community is FANTASTIC. I've worked out at a number of crossfit gyms in Vancouver and there is a reason I've been loyal to CF604 since my first class.
